Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1986, Fabienne Delecroix practised for seven years at Metzner Associés, where she was in charge of criminal litigation and press law, before founding the firm Delecroix-Gublin with Alexis Gublin.

 

Enriched by experience gained in litigation and procedure, she developed the civil practice of the firm for institutional clients and individuals.

 

Expert in civil procedure, familiar with difficult litigation cases in family law, she creates in the firm a core of excellence in those areas.

Alexis Gublin

Founding member of the firm, Alexis Gublin initially specialised

in traditional criminal cases. Afterwards his focus shifted towards

white-collar crime (DCN cases, wreck of Erika ship, Sentier I and II,

EDF Spying case, IKEA Spying case, Karachi affair, Libyan procedures, Embezzlement of public funds in Gabon…).

 

Alexis Gublin has trial experience before numerous ordinary courts (Cours d'Assises, Tribunaux correctionnels) and extraordinary

(Military Courts) and before numerous disciplinary committees (professional bodies...). He had been acting for clients in France and abroad (USA (FCPA), Japan, South Korea, Turkey, Russia, Great Britain (UKBA), Mongolia, South Africa, Chad, Ecuador, Niger, Nigeria, Djibouti, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland ...)

Thomas Bourceau has been an associate at Delecroix-Gublin since 2018, he is admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.

 

Thomas focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defence, international criminal law and military criminal law. He also represents and assists clients in relation to compliance matters and internal investigations.

 

Before joining the firm, Thomas has previously worked within the legal department of Total and EDF in the fields of international contract law, M&A and corporate law, competition law and compliance. He has also studied in England and India.
